Cooling & Conveyor Systems
Depending on time and speed requirements for cooling, the VDE cooling tunnel comes in various lengths and widths to suit any cooling needs.
The cooling tunnel provides both radiant and convection cooling, and depending on the size can be constructed of multiple segments or may contain dual opening covers for easy cleaning.
We have built an array of different style cooling towers for a huge variety of different applications.
From huge walk-in coolers to small integrated cooling towers, and from cookie to chocolate applications; we've done it all.
Straightforward engineering is what you will find is used to create our versatile turn conveyors, allowing products to travel in any direction.
Available in 90° right-hand or left-hand driven, as well as 180° conveying.
Just like the instrument, the trombone conveyor system glides with ease to allow for different ambient cooling times.

The trombone system consists of a 180° turn conveyor that sits atop two straight conveyors and transfers goods easily from one conveyor to the next at any given point along the straight.
