The Depositing System is a universal depositing machine for the production of highly accurate cookie dough shapes onto either bake pans or directly onto the oven band prior to baking.

The Depositing System is designed specifically for those customers who require perfectly shaped cookie tops and/or bottoms which after baking can be used to make sandwich cookies. The Depositing System solves any problems that may occur when making uniform cookie dough shapes.

  • Option for cookies deposited onto bake pans to go through oscillator which will uniformly spread the cookie dough

The ThroughFlow system is delicate and accurate enough to be able to work with Macarons, straight from the tray.
