If product needs to be placed into trays, take a look at our completely unique VDE Tray Loader which is equipped to load any shape or size cookie into trays as piles, on edge, or shingled. The products that run through the VDE Tray Loader see no breakage due to the unique design that does not allow cookies to free fall. Also a great solution for rectangular bars that come into the machine short side leading and need to be turned 90° to be loaded into trays broad side leading.

 

Then there is our latest innovation which has evolved from a previously VDE patented design to become even better; the new and improved VDE Slug Loader. This patent pending design is great for customers with ultra high-speed production as it takes the cookies through an exceptionally designed slug loading system. After precisely aligning up to 22 rows of cookies, the slug loading system creates "slugs" of cookies to either be placed on edge for loading directly into wrappers, or can be placed into trays which then continue on to wrapping.
